1- Sand the floor

4- Installation stage
At this stage, a quantity of cement and sand mixture is placed on the sandy floor and spreads until it reaches a thickness of only 2.5 cm, taking into account the spread of the mixture in a consistent manner on the tiles, then start placing the first ceramic plate and hammer it with a rubber mallet so that it merges well with the cement mixture. We continue to install the rest of the tiles, but we must make sure that there is a space of 2 to 5 millimeters between the tiles. This space between the tiles is necessary to avoid the problem of thermal expansion
5- Use a water balance
The use of a water balance is one of the most important steps in the method of installing ceramics with cement, as this balance is what will determine the direction of water movement during the cleaning process in the future. Water correctly, so the horizontal slope of the floors must be well adjusted.
First, the direction of the water drain in the room must be determined , then the direction of the inclination of the tiles must be towards the drain. Therefore, the water balance must be held on the tiles and in different directions, making sure that the air bubble is located slightly in the opposite direction to the place of the drain.
6- The stage of installing the corners
At this stage, when reaching the places that do not need a complete tile, the required size must be taken , and then marking and drawing the dimensions on the tiles. Then, by using manual scissors or an electric missile, the part to be installed is cut and installed just as the whole slab is installed completely.
It is recommended to wear plastic goggles while cutting, and if you are using it for the first time, it is best to consult a professional to learn how to hold it correctly and safely while cutting tiles.
7- Final finishes
At the last stage of the cement-ceramic installation method, a small amount of white cement is mixed with water until it becomes a little sticky, and the color corresponding to the color of the ceramic can be added , then a quantity of the mixture is placed on the tiles, and through the use of a hand mop, all the spaces between the ceramic plates are filled, Some places may need more of the mixture according to the space at the bottom, but you must continue to do so until all the spaces are filled.
