  • Bring a tube or a stick, but be aware that this stick is heavy duty, and will not break or warp when you attach the water cans to it.
  • Fix the stick with the water cans, but be sure to fix it well, so that four water cans are on the right side of the stick, and four water cans are on the left side of the stick, leaving the middle side to hold while playing.
  • Try the prepared dumbbells. Hold the stick from the middle and start lifting and lowering it from top to bottom.   • Prepare milk cans, plastic water, or any other type of cans available at home, but you must make sure that these cans have tight-fitting lids, so that no sand falls from these cans while carrying the dumbbells.
  • Prepare sand to fill the cans with, and if there is no sand in the house, gravel, rice, or anything else can be used, according to the weight to be reached; Pebbles, for example, are heavier than sand.


Then you can follow these steps:

  • Filling the sand inside the water cans, and closing them tightly, and in the event that there are no cans with tight-fitting lids at home, you can use ordinary water bottles, or milk bottles, and insert the sand into them using a funnel.
  • start experimenting with cans; And that is by holding one of the cans with the right hand, and the other can with the left hand and start lifting and moving it from top to bottom or vice versa.
